Dear Chairwoman David:
Section 47C-3, Hawaii Revised Statutes, requires that a supplemental summary of the
indebtedness of the County be prepared as of a date within 30 days of the delivery of a
new note/bond issue. The enclosed summary as of November 1, 2022 is submitted for
your review and concurrence. The issuance of$28,500,000 in general obligation bond
anticipation notes on October 27, 2022 and November 1, 2022 requires preparation of
this report. Concurrence by the Chairman of the Finance Committee and the Corporation
Counsel are attached.
