REQUEST: The Department of Public Works is requesting an ordinance to amend Ordinance 22-64, by adding appropriation to the Capital Budget to reappropriate lapsed fuel tax revenue collected from 1996-2020 as follows: FUEL TAX PROGRAM—REAPPROPRIATION OF LAPSED FUEL TAX 1996-2020 $1,519,006.67 PROGRAM AMOUNT Roadway Projects $1,288,729.07 Bridge Inspection/Repair $ 15,892.03 Local Road Improvements $ 214,385.57 Total $1,519,006.67 Project and district appropriations are detailed in the attached Exhibit A.
