Re: Capital Budget v
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Capital Budget by re-appropriating
lapsed fuel tax funds from prior fiscal years. These funds will be appropriated as
indicated in Exhibit"A" of the proposed ordinance. The sources of the lapsed funds are

A. REQUEST:
The Department of Public Works is requesting an ordinance to amend Ordinance 22-64, by adding
appropriation to the Capital Budget to reappropriate lapsed fuel tax revenue collected from 1996-2020 as
follows:
FUEL TAX PROGRAM—REAPPROPRIATION OF LAPSED FUEL TAX 1996-2020 $1,519,006.67
PROGRAM AMOUNT
Roadway Projects $1,288,729.07
Bridge Inspection/Repair $ 15,892.03
Local Road Improvements $ 214,385.57
Total $1,519,006.67
Project and district appropriations are detailed in the attached Exhibit A.
