REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
Dear Chairwoman Kimball and Hawaii County Council Members:
Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney-client
confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on
questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding the above-referenced matter, including a discussion regarding a
litigation Jacob G. Delaplane, Esq. filed on behalf of his client, Joel H. White.
We ask that this case be placed on the Council's January 5, 2023, agenda. If
