Appropriates revenues in the State—2022 Ohana Zone Funding account($2 million); and
appropriates the same to the 2022 `Ohana Zone Funding—Program account($1,800,000);
and 2022 `Ohana Zone Funding—Administration account($200,000). Funds would be

experiencing homelessness to appropriate services and resources.
