This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated December 14, 1999 and recorded copy of
the Declaration of Conditions. Thank you for complying with Conditions D, E, F(2) and G of
the ordinance.
Regarding Condition L pertaining to the payment of the fair share contribution for this
development, it is our understanding that there are two existing dwellings, one on each lot.
Therefore, Condition L is not applicable to the applicant's change of zone.
With the submittal of the recorded copy of the Declaration of Conditions, the applicant has
complied with all conditions as stated in the above-referenced ordinance. Should you have any
