Subject: Resolution of the Council of the County of
Hawaii Authorizing the Abandonment and
Disposition of a Portion of the Old Government
Road situate at Makapala, North Kohala, Hawaii
Tax Map Key: 3rd/5-2-08
Enclosed please find the above titled resolution. The
resolution will abandon that certain section of the Old
Government Road situate at Makapala, North Kohala, Hawaii, and
authorize the Finance Director to dispose of same in a manner
consistent with the Hawaii County Code.
