Re: Operating Budget
Enclosed is a resolution to transfer$3,000 out of the Liquor Control Public Programs
account and credit it to the Legislative Contingency Relief account. Grant funds in the
amount of$3,000 were provided to Makua Lani Christian Academy {MLCA} with
Contingency Relief funds via Resolution No. 587-22. These funds were intended to
provide assistance for MLCA's AeroSpace Meridian Space Club. The department is
requesting that the funds be returned to the Legislative Contingency Relief account as an
agreement with MLCA could not be executed.
