Purpose. The Department of Parks and Recreation recognizes the need to <br /> periodically review the Hawaii County Code and implement a comprehensive update of the <br /> parks and recreational facility schedule. This ordinance adds and removes parks and cemeteries, <br /> consolidates certain parks under a single park, adds geographic categories to provide a clearer <br /> breakdown of park locations, and adds tax map key parcel identifiers. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 15, article 8, section 15-68.1 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 <br /> (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 15-68.1.
