concerning the dangers of fentanyl on the Big Island
We respectfully request 20 minutes for an update and 10 minutes for questions and answers with
Lieutenant Edwin Buyten, Area II Vice Section.
The purpose of this discussion is to understand the various forms of fentanyl, the dangers,
warning signs, and the increased threat to our keiki and island communities.
We request this discussion take place during committees on February 21, 2023.
