County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to Real Property Tax
Exemptions.
Attached is a bill for an ordinance amending Chapter 19, Article 10, Section 19-71, of the
Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended)to amend the requirements for a home
exemption for qualifying taxpayers who are 60 years of age or over.
