Aloha,
We are in support of Bill 22 with the contingency that there be community oversight commitee, laws be overhauled, catch and
kill model in its current form are not humane and need a better procedure.,spay and neuter clinics to control population need
to be consistently implemented,a friendly community relationship needs to be top priority.
