Bill 22
1 support the bill with these following suggestions:
1. 1 couldn't find any mention of duty to scan animals for microchips and notifying owners.A longer time should be
afforded chipped animals.
2.There is also nothing about animals taken in by animal rescue nonprofits.Just person having to notify and turn over
animal to them within 48 hours.
3. Funds should be set aside for spay and neuter either thru coupons or clinics.
