Subject: I SUPPORT BILL 22
My Written Testimony:
The New Agency must include "A Resident Oversight Committee". New Laws need to benefit the welfare&humane
care for our pet family. Too many are euthanized because of lack of sensitivity to having compassion for our community
to enjoy God's creation as part of our human existence to care for them.
Your "Agency" is RESPONSIBLE to humanly take care&create a safe environment for their existence, etc.
Funds are appropriated & must be accounted for their support, health &safety.
Euthanizing our pet family if&only under the last resort... but not because of inhumanly unconscious reasons.
Hoping your Agency will make some humanly caring changes on this new year by doing the right thing. I repeat, Pets
are a part of our human existence&WE our to provide a caring heart for their survival. Please apply"Popo"as your
Agency was created to take care, not to insensitive for whatever reason.
