I am in support of Bill 22. An oversight committee is necessary for animal control. We have to end the catch
and kill model. Pets are being put down before folks even have time to contact animal control.
A much better solution is to provide more free spay and neuter clinics.
Please, for many of us, our pets are like our children. We need to do better by all living creatures on this
island, whether it's a pet or not.
