OPPOSE CHANGE 5.292 ACRES TO ONE ACRE.

Detailed Points of Concern:
1. Property is within National Register of Historic Places. Kahalu'u is considered to be the largest archeological site, in
the State of Hawaii.
2. No more subdividing, Congestion and Traffic is Max, No Tsunami Evacuation Plan or Emergency Plan.
3.Alii Highway has been stopped years ago;the latest cost is$250 Million Dollars.The Highway was stopped because of
Sacred Archeology.
4.Two Burials platforms should be preserved;study was subject to an archaeological reconnaissance in 1985 in which 49
sites and additional features.
2018 noted three Historic Graves within a Burial Plot have ALL BEEN IMPACTED BY RECENT BULLDOZING.
EIS SHOULD BE DONE PRIOR NOT AFTER APPROVAL, SURVEY, AND TRAFFIC STUDY.
5. Per lineal descendant the Great Wall of Kuakini is with the path of the access.
6. Special favors are being given to this particular case; this will open a can of worms.
7. Domino Effect, Developer of this Ahupua'a are on the side ready to pursue of"EQUAL APPLICATION OF THE LAW"
8.The Domino Effect starting from Alii Drive, Naniloa 65 home, Kapukapu Development 45 Houses, and Seascape to
Subdivide Adjacent, 14.929 Acres Lot 105 and 11.2710 Acres to smaller lots.
ALL ABOUT THE LAWN
There is a law" EQUAL APPLICATION OF THE LAW"THE RIGHT OF ALL PERSON TO HAVE THE SAME ACCESS TO THE
LAW AND COURTS AND TO BE TREATED EQUALLY BY THE LAW AND COURTS, BOTH IN PROCEDURES AND IN THE
SUBSTANCE OF THE LAW. IT IS AKIN TO THE RIGHT TO DUE PROCESS OF LAW, BUT IN PARTICULAR APPLIES TO EQUAL
TREATMENT AS AN ELEMENT OF FUNDAMENTAL FAIRNESS.
9. Not all parties to this land have been notified, and no public notice to seek all owners.
10.This is not the only land of this Ohana, there are many more. Records show No Clear Legal Title Report.
ALL OWNERS SHOULD BE IN ON THIS REZONING. "CLEAR TITLE REPORT IS NOT PROVIDED"?
