Honorable council members,
I am opposed to the proposed change for the following reasons:
1.There is altogether too much vehicular traffic in the area, both Alii Drive(below)and Mamalahoa Hwy(top)are heavily
congested at all hours of the day. How can we even think about more housing in the area without improvements to the
existing roads to accommodate MORE.
2.The property is within the National Register of Historic Places. Kahalu'u is considered to be the largest archaeological site in
the state of Hawaii.
3. Not all parties to this land have been notified,and no public notice to seek all owners.
4. Per lineal descendant the Great Wall of Kuakini is within the path of access.
