We oppose Bill 12:
We OPPOSE CHANGing 5.292 ACRES TO ONE ACRE.

Kahalu'u is the largest archeological site in tge State of Hawaii and registered in the National Register of Historic Places
and should not be subdivided and destroying cultural significance and should be preserved as is.There are Sacred Burial
Platforms and other sacred archeology that cannot be ignored.
Burial sites there are Sam's relations. You cannot disturb those graves!Would you want to let your family graves be
disturbed because someone wants to build a house there?
There can't be anymore traffic on Ali'i Drive from more building off of Alii Drive that would be generated. It is too
congested as it is.
Sacred Archeology needs to be respected.The two burial platforms need to be preserved.
Is there proof of clear title?
Has all parties been notified in this proposal?

2018 noted three Historic Graves within a Burial Plot have ALL BEEN IMPACTED BY RECENT
BULLDOZING.
AIS SHOULD BE DONE PRIOR NOT AFTER APPROVAL, SURVEY, AND TRAFFIC STUDY.
