Dear Council Members,
I am a resident living near Ha'awina and Mamalahoa Hwy, in Holualoa, South of the Water Department.
I oppose this development for many reasons. Population in Kona have boomed over the past couple years. I live near the
Kona Water Department;which is about 8 miles South of Kailua town. It takes me 25-30 minutes to drive from my home, to
town where my doctors and I do Banking, no matter what time of the day.
