Subject: Bill No. 7 Amending Ordinance No. 98 61,Which Reclassified Lands
From Agricultural-20-Acres to Agricultural-5 acres
Applicant—Sunshine Holdings,LLC,TMK: 7-3-025: 012
At your meeting of February 7,2023, the subject matter was postponed to your February
23, 2023 meeting. The postponement was to enable the applicant to discuss the concerns raised
by members of your Committee with you.
In that regard, we thank you for your time to meet with me and my consultant yesterday.
As a result, we have taken all comments to heart and will digest them in the hope of presenting
something for your and the Committee's consideration at a future Committee meeting.
However,we don't believe that it can be done prior to or at the February 23 meeting.
Accordingly,we respectfully request that this matter be deferred. While we hope that we
can present something to you in time for the matter to be agendized for your March 7 meeting, in
the event we cannot, we thought it best that the deferral be"subject to the call of the chair." If
so, we can contact you, at which time the matter can be agendized and acted upon.
Again, mahalo for your time yesterday and consideration of this deferral request.
