1 am Bette Green a twenty plus year resident ofWaikoloa giving testimony today in support of Res.51-23 which authorizes the
Director of Finance to negotiate a 65 year lease with the State of Hawaii for the purpose of development and construction of
a Public Library on TMK 6-8-041-020 at a set lease rental amount of$0.00 per year. I am familiar with the County's property in
the Kamakoa Nui subdivision.An excellent growing area for a much needed Library. Thank you for your consideration of my
testimony.
