Subject: Support for Bill 194
Aloha,
I am writing to share my support for Bill 194, scheduled for Council Agenda on 2/7/2023.
This Bill is a good start in providing guard rails on process and possible conflicts of interest that might occur with single
party unvetted decision maker's past relationships. Guard rails are important on such important matters to our people
and for our land use now and in the future.
Public awareness and input on issues is critical to care take our communities. Bill 194 seems to both provide for that as
well as secures more accountability among parties.
Thank you for advancing Bill 194. 1 am in favor of passage.
