Aloha,
I strongly support Bill 194 as a way to help put the power of land use planning into the hands of elected rather than appointed
authorities.The planning director has too often sided with development interests,allowing situations like open-ended permit
extensions to linger— sometimes for decades.
Please say"yes"to this legislation(which also depends upon the wisdom of our elected officials, i.e.,you).
