Do not give the planning director any more power than he has now!
Bill 194 will ultimately allow public input and accountability to ensure responsible
development on our island moving forward.
I put up with alli Heights and 450 homes...the developer made promises and the then planning director made
concessions to the developer...
Hawaii County has seen development projects that promise certain
benefits to the community, however, these benefits do not come to fruition.
as was intended and required by the change or zone ordinance that
established them.
