SUBJECT: Status of Zoning & Subdivision Code Update
By means of this communication, I am requesting a 15 minute update followed by a 30 minute
discussion with the Planning Department on progress made to update the Zoning and Subdivision
Code and engage members of the community throughout this process.
Please place this matter on an agenda for the February 21, 2023 committee meetings.
