Ms. Gibbons was raised on Hawai`i Island and is a graduate of Konawaena High School. She is
the owner of Kona BayBooks and is the Head of Compliance Governance with One Finance,

conducting internal audits as a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Ms. Gibbon's background in compliance, and management, and proven leadership skills make
her a great fit for the Board of Ethics. If confirmed, Ms. Gibbon will serve a term ending
December 31, 2028.
