I am pleased to nominate Dawn Raymond to the Liquor Control Adjudication Board.
Ms. Raymond is a lifelong resident of Hawai`i and a graduate of Hilo High School. She earned
her Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education from City University in Seattle, Washington,
and her Masters in Autism Spectrum Disorder from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix,
Arizona. She is currently a Special Education Teacher. •
If confirmed, she will be serving a term ending December 31, 2027.
