I am pleased to nominate Teresa Nakama of District 8, to the Salary Commission.
Ms.Nakama is a lifelong resident of Hawaii and an active community member. She has served
as a member of the League of Women Voters, the Committee on the Status of Women,the Kona
Coffee Festival Aloha Committee,the West Hawaii Fisheries Council, and the Kona Hawaiian
Civic Club. If confirmed,Ms. Nakama will serve a term ending December 31, 2024.
