SUBJECT: A Resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to enter into negotiations for the
acquisition of Tax Map Keys (3) 2-1-018:006, 007, and 010 situated in the
District of South Hilo, also known as Kaumaui, utilizing the Public Access, Open
Space, And Natural Resources Preservation Fund.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to enter into negotiations for the
acquisition of Tax Map Keys (3) 2-1-018:006, 007, and 010, situated in the Ahupua'a of
Waiakea, District of South Hilo, also known as Kaumaui,utilizing the Public Access, Open
Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Fund.
We are requesting that this resolution be placed on the next available Committee Meeting
agenda.
