Re: Resolution to grant an easement
The County of Hawai`i owns the real property parcels designated by Tax Map Keys: (3)
3-9-001:034 and(3) 3-9-001:042, located at O`okala, District of North Hilo, County and
State of Hawai`i. The Hawaii Electric Company, Inc. ("HELCO") and Hawaiian
Telcom, Inc. ("HTI") seek to increase its interest from a Revocable Right of Entry to a
Grant of Easement.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to grant easement to HELCO
and HTI in accordance with sections 2-111(2) and 2=114, Hawai'i County Code at a cost
of$1,700.00 for rights of easement for Easement U-2 and $5,000.00 for rights of
easement for Easement U-3.
