Re: Resolution to grant an easement
The County of Hawai`i owns the real property parcels designated by Tax Map Key: (3) 3-
9-001:034, located at O`okala, District of North Hilo, County and State of Hawai`i. The
Hawaii Electric Company, Inc. ("HELCO") seeks to increase its interest from a
Revocable Right of Entry to a Grant of Easement.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to grant easement to HELCO
in accordance with sections 2-111(2) and 2-114, Hawai'i County Code at a cost of
$21,000.
