I have asked Maya Dolena to send this in for me because I have been having internet issues. r :
Council & Members need to put a Hold on bill 22 until you make critical changes/additions to the
priorities, etc. Humane pet care Laws are changed and implemented. Especially kill-rates, that MUST be
reduced. Monthly Reporting Requirements &Transparency in operations reporting must be implemented
also. Our Pets are a huge part of our human's life too!
