Subject: Communication 91 re Bill 22- creating an animal control & protection agency
Good evening.
I whole heartedly support this bill. We are in desperate need of more help in many areas related to animals on this
island.Creating an animal control and protection agency dedicated only to this issue is a necessary first step. From
there, we can start to implement changes. I think we all agree the current situation is not sustainable.There are far too
many unwanted dogs and far too few people to handle them.The creation of this agency can begin to work on solutions
to our extreme animal overpopulation.
