Please Vote 'No' on Bill 12. Let them ALL keep the land within their Ohana. Let them ALL stay home, on this land. "Get
back on the land."?The only person who ever stopped them from getting back to their land was Wattie, it's on record.
She is the one stopping them from "Going back home." Not the County, State, or Government. Kellie tried to build a
house there, Wattie stopped her.
I know who lived at the house that was on this property. They are being completely excluded.
The rest of the family will be left more in debt!
Kellie, Kaui, and Iris Falcam Ohana (Iris is deceased since 2010)will be left with losing their property and owe more
money for the cost of subdividing, minimum cost$12,900-for water connection, cost of building the road, and the
Attorney fees.
Who are all the owners?Clear title?Wattie Green testified that she an owner, at County Council. She is with Seascape
Development and have already collaborated building condos below Palisades. Please read the 'Wattle Green Letter
Agreement'with Seascape Development. Seascape seeks to subdivide next door.
Please leave the land alone. Please leave it as is with ALL of the family. ALL family, not'only'Jeannie and Wattie. Let
them ALL keep it. Do not allow them to sale it outside the family. If Bill 12 passes the applicant can sale it, as was made
clear at the Leeward meeting.
John Pipan fee? Minimum $18,000-?Who pays for his fee?Will this fee be added as more debt to Kellie, Kaui, and
Falcam Ohana?
John Pipan was hired by next door lots, Kapukapu.They also wanted to subdivide.
Which Council Member was Jeannie pointing at the last Feb. 8th meeting?Which Council Member went into a private
meeting with the Applicant and advised the Applicant to hire John Pipan?
How is advising the Applicant not make that Council members vote non-bias?
How can they vote NO after'advising'the applicant to hire Pipan?
Did Seascape Developer neighbor also go into private meeting with that Council Member?
Allowing Subdividing will create a domino effect.
