as advised of a Court Order to settle?
Tax Liens prevent this Lot to be Sold?
Were all rightful Legal owners of this land notified if so, do you have a Clear Title Report?
2. Are there more properties owned by this Ohana in Kona with Liens? Do they plan to
subdivide these lands?
3. Why were 3 Historic Graves in 2018 All been impacted by Bulldozing? 1t is claimed they
were cremated, ashes, did that a traditional practice?
4. Wattie Green transferred herself off the title for this land why?
S. Wattle Green put a Stop at the County to not allow any Permits without her written
approval, on July 9, 2014, Why?
6. Is this why no one could come home?
7. Aren't the property taxes of this land affordable $200. If not, how much did it cost to hire
Planner Pipan, who paid for his planning?
