Aloha Council Chair Kimball and Council Members:
I am pleased to nominate Thomas Brown of District 3, to the Water Board.
Mr. Brown has been a resident of Hawaii for over 30 years. He is a graduate of St. Joseph's
High School and the University of Hawaii at Hilo. In 2012, Mr. Brown retired as the Transit
Administrator for the County of Hawaii after 31 years of service.
Mr. Brown has dedicated many years to community service-oriented programs and is a veteran
volunteer with the County of Hawai'i, Boards, and Commissions.
If confirmed, he will serve a term ending December 31, 2027.
