m. 7,,,,„,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, , <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII ':' � 'ii l') STATE OF HAWAII <br /> art oF•M'.N <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7' 23 <br /> RESOLUTION CREATING ONE (1) NEW INFORMATION <br /> SYSTEMS ANALYST IV POSITION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF <br /> PUBLIC WORKS <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works is in need of an <br /> Information Systems Analyst IV position to provide support for the <br /> Department's EPIC permitting system and to the Building Division; and <br /> WHEREAS, this position is necessary to assist in the management of <br /> the EPIC permitting system and to ensure that the system functioning properly; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the position indicated above is one (1) Information <br /> Systems Analyst IV, SR-22; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article V, Section 5-1.3(c) of the Hawaii County Charter <br /> states that the Mayor has the power to "Create positions...for which <br /> appropriations have been made by the council..."; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> that one (1) Information Systems Analyst IV, SR-22, position be created in the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br />
