RESOLUTION NO. 7' 23
RESOLUTION CREATING ONE (1) NEW INFORMATION
SYSTEMS ANALYST IV POSITION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC WORKS
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works is in need of an
Information Systems Analyst IV position to provide support for the
Department's EPIC permitting system and to the Building Division; and
WHEREAS, this position is necessary to assist in the management of
the EPIC permitting system and to ensure that the system functioning properly;
and
WHEREAS, the position indicated above is one (1) Information
Systems Analyst IV, SR-22; and
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 5-1.3(c) of the Hawaii County Charter
states that the Mayor has the power to "Create positions...for which
appropriations have been made by the council..."; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that one (1) Information Systems Analyst IV, SR-22, position be created in the
Department of Public Works.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
transmitted to the Office of the Mayor, Department of Finance, Department of
Public Works and Department of Human Resources.
