Aloha Council Chair Kimball and Council Members:
In accordance with the County Charter Section 134(c), I submit Palani Greenwell for
reappointment to the Kailua Village Design Commission. The Council confirmed Mr. Greenwell
in June of 2022. Because he filled a resignation seat, he is now eligible to serve a new term.
As noted previously, Mr. Greenwell has been a Hawaii resident for 24 years. He is the President
of Foresight Engineering & Design, LLC, which provides civil engineering design and
consulting services to Hawaii Island residents.
If confirmed, he will serve a term ending December 31, 2025.
