Aloha Council Chair Kimball and Council Members:
I am pleased to nominate Tsing Young of District 8 to the Kailua Village Design Commission.
Ms. Young has been a resident of Hawaii for over 35 years. She earned her Master of Science
degree in Nutrition and has been Self-employed for 30 years. She is passionate about the Kailua
Kona community and is interested in using her employment and educational experience to assist
in cultivating and preserving Kailua Kona Town.
If confirmed, she will represent the Business/Landowner seat with a term ending December 31,
2024.
