He is a graduate of Makualani Christian <br /> Academy High School and earned his Political Science degree from the University of Hawaii at <br /> Hilo. Mr. Kossow is the Owner and Administrator of Pueo Testing Center and has served on <br /> numerous community organizations. <br /> Mr. Kossow has also dedicated his time and efforts as a former member of the County of <br /> Hawaii Redistricting Commission and the Game Management Advisory Commission.
