Aloha Council Chair Kimball and Council Members:
I am pleased to nominate Bronsten Kossow of District 7 to the Kailua Village Design
Commission.
Mr. Kossow has been a resident of Hawaii for 28 years. He is a graduate of Makualani Christian
Academy High School and earned his Political Science degree from the University of Hawaii at
Hilo. Mr. Kossow is the Owner and Administrator of Pueo Testing Center and has served on
numerous community organizations.
Mr. Kossow has also dedicated his time and efforts as a former member of the County of
Hawaii Redistricting Commission and the Game Management Advisory Commission. If
confirmed, he will represent the Business and Landowner seat with a term ending December 31,
2025.
