to enter into negotiations for the acquisition of a conservation easement of Tax
Map Keys (3) 2-1-018:006, 007, and 010 situated in the District of South Nilo,
also known as Kaumaui, utilizing the Public Access, Open Space, And Natural
Resources Preservation Fund.
Attach please find Resolution No. 60-23, as amended to Draft 2 with the contents of
Communication No. 122.2 and duly approved by the Committee on Legislative Approvals and
Acquisitions on March 7, 2023.
