REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: March 7, 2023 Re: Comm.No. 134/Bill No. 29 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:31 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Bill No. 29,reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 29, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 134 dated <br /> February 16, 2023, amends Ordinance No. 22-64, as amended, relating to public improvements and <br /> financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. <br /> This bill adds the Mass Transit Agency—Hub and Spokes Construction—State project($400,000) <br /> to the Capital Budget.
