Re: Resolution for multi-year agreement
The Department of Finance seeks to enter into a lease agreement for a five-year term,
with the option to renew the lease for two additional five-year terms to utilize the premise
as a Police Department warehouse facility.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a five-year, multi-year lease
agreement with options with Milo Storage LLC, for approximately 7,440 square feet of
warehouse space.
