Please do not pass this bill without considering the testimonies of the people who deal with animal
issues every day. This means DO NOT appoint a new Animal Control agency that doesn't give a rip
about the animals! There needs to be humane animal population management not killing! There
needs to be spay/neuter funding and programs. There needs to be transparency in shelter operations
and budget. There needs to be and ONGOING oversight committee to help create the
responsibilities, operating procedures and policies-not just a task force. There must be transparency!!
Do not pass this bill without the recommendations of the community!!
YOU ARE ELECTED OFFICIALS AND WORK FOR US!
STOP ignoring the testimonies and recommendations of the people who have been dealing with
these issues! These are the people who knows what needs to be done.
