Subject: Bill 22 re Animal Issues...
Aloha Councilmenbers: I'm writing to register my strong support for CM Jenn Kagiwada's amendment(Communication 91.39)
&ask that you PLEASE include language in Bill 22 mandating a minimum of twice yearly Animal Control Agency operations
reports/updates.Also, please have a Council-selected (ie,not by Mayor) representative from each district as part of an
Oversight Committee-so that the public can be more effectively involved in these important matters. Mahalo for your kind
