Subject: Support Bill 194: Removes easy rezone time extensions
Dear Council members,
For the County Council hearing on Bill 194-second and final reading on March 8,2023:
1. I would like the council to hear directly from any developer who,following an initial approval,cannot complete their project on
time.
2. I agree that language for an administrative time extension by the director shall not be included in any change of zone ordinance.
