Subject: In Support of Bill 194
Aloha County Council:
I am in support of Bill 194. I ask that the Council consider modifying the language to Section 25-2-44(e)to require the
land be rezoned to to its original zoning designation. If an extension is not granted by the County Council, it seems that
returning the land in question to its_original designation makes sense and reduces or removes any confusion about how
this parcels fits into the General Plan. I recall that the Planning Director made this same point at a previous Council
meeting regarding this issue.
