We need more housing not more hurdles for building. If the Planning director commits acts that are not in the counties
best interest then call them out on it but I believe the panning director should be allowed to do one extension WITHOUT
County Council being involved.We have too many factors that can delay a project without even talking about the
bureaucracy being involved in every decision.Volcanoes, Insurance for projects,just the fact we are out in the middle of
the Pacific Ocean.
Please do not pass 194.
