Healthy coral reefs protect our island's coastal infrastructure, beaches, and community. We believe the premise of Res. 73-23 will lay the foundation for the county to move forward with initiatives to reduce solid and liquid waste, and generate clean energy, thus reducing the damaging effects we are seeing in our oceans and costal zones. I submit my testimony in strong support of Resolution 73-23.
